TheCocoCard

Digital loyalty for independent businesses

Independent businesses want the repeat-visit tools that chains have, without an app install, without commission on sales and without handing their customer list to a third party. Customers do not want a wallet full of paper stamp cards.

Scope
Product design and interface design across customer, staff and business surfaces · Business back-office web app and customer progressive web app (Next.js)

AadhiPixels product, designed, built and operated by the studio.

Fixabee

Local services marketplace

Finding reliable help for everyday jobs usually means group chats, guesswork and cash. Providers, in turn, want a fair way to win local work without a subscription fee.

Scope
Product design for two distinct experiences: customers and providers · Flutter apps for iOS and Android with a shared Firebase backend

The Daily Grind

Café site with order-ahead and loyalty

Most café websites are a photo, a phone number and a PDF menu. Regulars want to order ahead and be rewarded for coming back; owners want to change the menu without calling a developer.

Scope
Concept, art direction and interface design · Order-ahead basket with collection-time selection

04What the studio can build

Three ways in. One person, start to finish.

Whether it is a first website or a substantial product, the work is scoped around your business and built by the person you talk to.

  1. 01

    Websites

A website that does a job, not just a job of looking nice.

Most small-business websites are a photo, a phone number and a PDF. The studio designs and builds websites around the thing you want visitors to do next, then makes them fast, clear and easy to update.

    • Site structure and page copy shaped with you, in plain English
    • Design in the browser at desktop and phone sizes, reviewed before build
    • A fast, accessible build on modern foundations (Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS)
    • The journeys that matter to your business: booking, order-ahead, quotes, menus or enquiries
Interface preview drawn in code from the working prototype

  2. 02

    Apps & custom software

Software built around how your business actually works.

The studio designs and builds web apps, mobile apps and the systems behind them. The same person who designs the screens also builds the backend, which keeps decisions honest and the product coherent.

    • Discovery and a written product scope with clear priorities
    • Interface design for every role in the product, not just the customer
    • Web and mobile builds (React and Next.js on the web, Flutter for iOS and Android)
    • Backends, data models and integrations: payments, messaging, maps, third-party APIs
Fixabee customer app asking 'Tell us what you need', with example tasks such as a leaking kitchen tap or a deep clean

  3. 03

    Loyalty & repeat visits

Give regulars a reason to come back, without a paper card.

TheCocoCard is the studio's own digital loyalty platform. For businesses that want more than the standard set-up, the studio designs branded loyalty experiences on top of it and connects them to the rest of your website or product.

    • A loyalty programme design that fits your business: stamps, rewards and the moments that trigger them
    • Branded customer-facing card and join journey
    • Counter and till set-up so staff can record visits in seconds
    • Integration with your website, booking flow or order-ahead journey

Search fundamentals, maintenance and automation are scoped as support where a project needs them. The studio does not promise rankings, unlimited revisions or every feature for every project.

05Built here, not just designed here

The studio builds and runs its own products, too.

Operating software that people use at a counter or on a doorstep is the standard client work is held to.

Live product

TheCocoCard

One loyalty card for the high street, a separate programme for every business.

TheCocoCard gives independent businesses digital loyalty that customers can join in seconds at the counter, with no download and no commission on sales. Businesses get a back-office for stamps, rewards, offers and customer records; staff get a till flow that records a visit in one scan.

Designed, built and operated by AadhiPixels. Live at thecococard.com; plans and pricing are managed there, not here.

Live product

Fixabee

Local help, made easy: a marketplace with a customer side and a provider side.

Fixabee connects customers with verified local service providers for cleaning, repairs, gardening and more. Customers post a job, compare offers, message providers and pay through Stripe with the money held until the work is approved. Providers set their own rates and get paid out through Stripe Connect.

Designed, built and operated by AadhiPixels. Listed on the App Store and Google Play under Aadhi Pixels Ltd; the public site describes a Greater London launch.

The same approach, from product design to environments and tests, is what a commissioned website or app gets.

Start a project

06A clear process

One clear journey. From first idea to launch.

The proposed shape of a project, not a guaranteed timetable. Each stage says what the work covers and what you review.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand the business before touching a pixel.

  2. 02

    Design

Shape the journey, then the screens.

  3. 03

    Build

Turn the design into working software.

  4. 04

    Launch

Go live on your own accounts, with a clear handover.

After launch

Improve

A separately scoped next step, not an automatic commitment.

Software is never finished, but ongoing work should be a decision, not a default. After launch the studio can scope improvements, maintenance or a next phase on the same footing as the original project: written down, agreed and reviewed.

07Founder-led

Meet the person doing the work.

Viveak VadivelkarasanDesigner, engineer and founder of AadhiPixels

  • Direct communication

You talk to the person doing the work. Decisions are explained in plain English and written down.

  • Considered design

Structure and copy before visuals, real content before polish, and motion only where it helps someone understand or act.

  • Engineering ownership

Modern foundations, automated checks, separate environments and a handover you can actually use.

AadhiPixels is founder-led. I design, build, ship and operate the products you see on this site, and I do the same for client work: one person from the first conversation to launch, with no hand-offs between a designer, an account manager and a developer.

By day I lead engineering on large-scale API platforms as a Technical Lead, currently for a global travel-experiences company, where my team of nine builds an external API platform used by third-party partners. Before that I spent seven years at Deloitte Digital, engineering and leading delivery on programmes for LEGO, Dyson and the UK Government, as an employee of Deloitte rather than through this studio.

By night I run AadhiPixels. TheCocoCard and Fixabee are built and operated here end to end: product design, apps, backends, payments, environments and tests. Operating software that real people use at a counter or on a doorstep changes how you build it, and that is the standard client work gets.

Career history is summarised from the founder's CV. LEGO, Dyson and the UK Government were Deloitte Digital client engagements, not AadhiPixels clients. Employment results are not studio results.

08Start a project

Your next chapter starts with an idea.

Tell the studio what you are trying to do. You get a reply from Viveak by email to arrange a conversation, and a written scope before anything is built.

Common questions

What happens after I send an enquiry?

You get a reply from Viveak by email to arrange a conversation about your business and what you need. There is no obligation and no pressure to decide anything on the call.

How are cost and timing agreed?

Scope, timings and commercials are agreed for each project after the first conversation and a written scope. This site does not list fixed prices because a landing page and a two-sided marketplace are not the same job.

Do you only work with large companies?

No. The studio's own products were built for independent businesses, and the prototypes on the Work page are cafés, barbers and trades. Founders commissioning a substantial product are equally welcome.

Where are you based?

London. Most work happens remotely with regular calls, and meeting in person is possible in and around London.

Is AadhiPixels an agency?

It is a founder-led studio. One person designs and builds the work, which keeps communication direct and decisions coherent. Where a project needs a specialist, that is discussed openly in the scope.
