What the site is for
The site describes the studio’s services, shows examples of its work and lets you send an enquiry. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance. Scope, timings and commercials for any project are agreed in writing for that project.
Work shown on this site
Every work entry carries a status label. “Live product” means a product the studio designs, builds and operates. “Working prototype” means a complete demonstration for a fictional business, built by the founder and published on The Third Coconut, the local-business trading name of AadhiPixels Ltd; it is not a paid client engagement. “Concept demonstration” means a walkthrough built for this site with synthetic data. Career history in the founder section describes employment and is not a list of studio clients.
Product walkthroughs
The TheCocoCard and Fixabee walkthroughs on this site run entirely in your browser with example data. They do not create accounts, bookings, payments, stamps or rewards on the live platforms.
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, brand mark, illustrations, interface captures and code of this site belong to AadhiPixels Ltd or are used under licence (see the licence notes in the site repository). You may view and link to the site; you may not copy its content for commercial use without permission. TheCocoCard and Fixabee are products of AadhiPixels Ltd.
Accuracy and availability
The studio takes care to keep the site accurate and honest, but it may contain errors or become out of date, and it may be unavailable from time to time. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; the studio is not responsible for their content.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AadhiPixels Ltd is not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here applies to project work, which is covered by its own agreement.
