TheCocoCard gives independent businesses digital loyalty that customers can join in seconds at the counter, with no download and no commission on sales. Businesses get a back-office for stamps, rewards, offers and customer records; staff get a till flow that records a visit in one scan.

What it does

How it informs the studio
- Operating a live product means the studio designs for staff at a busy counter, not just for a mock-up
- Two Firebase backends, environment separation and cross-app end-to-end tests are habits that carry into client work
- The product's demo mode, shown in the captures, is how the studio tests flows with realistic but synthetic data
